- Jesus is God
- He is Lord, and 'Lord' is the name above all names that is ascribed to Jesus, demonstrating that He is divine and that He has gloriously accomplished His mission
- He is my Lord, and to be able to say that Jesus is your own Lord is vital, as personal relation to Christ means salvation
- Jesus is Sovereign
- Jesus has been exalted above all things, made both Lord and Christ, and thus from His supreme position is able to bring God gracious and benevolent purposes to pass.
- Jesus is Coming Back
- He is Lord now, but one day every rational creature will acknowledge that lordship, and every knee will bow before the king, some willingly and joyfully, some grudgingly and by compulsion
