- God is a God of wrath, who manifests His righteous indignation against sinnners in this world and especially in the next
- The Gracious Provision of God
- The wrath of God is displayed in time and in eternity, but more importantly on Calvary where Jesus becomes a propitiatory sacrifice thus providing for the redemption of sinners who trust Him
- Implications
- Sinners ought to trust Jesus as the only One able to deliver from the wrath to come
- Saints ought to praise Him for His holy justice, His gracious deliverance, His patience with sinners and His joy at their conversion
