In Search of...Church Unity, Part 2: Unity in the Truth

In our search for the Unity of the Church, we stop to ask directions of the surrounding Christian communities. We are told: "Love unites; doctrine divides." Is this an adequate formulation of the Unity of the Church? Will we find it in sweetness to one another about the issues that are actually dividing us? A strange thing to be sure...to include presuppose division in our definition of unity!
