For the Greater Good?

"In the gun control debate sparked by last month's shooting in Newtown, Conn., some pundits have called for greater efforts to keep guns from the mentally ill. National Rifle Association chief executive Wayne LaPierre even suggested the United States needed “an active national database of the mentally ill. But is a mentally ill person more likely than average to be violent? Not by much, studies indicate. Paul Appelbaum, former president of the American Psychiatric Association, has cited research suggesting only 3-5 percent of violence in the United States involves people with serious mental illnesses."

On the first part of the program today, I will speak with Daniel James Divine, a reporter with WORLD Magazine, about his article (a portion of which is reprinted above) entitled: Violently ill?

On the second half of the program, I will speak with Barbera Fisher president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC). Her long public record of vaccine safety and informed consent advocacy was featured in the 2011 award winning film documentary THE GREATER GOOD.

"This documentary tells the rarely heard stories of three families adversely impacted by vaccination. This important perspective on the issue of vaccine safety has been left out of the mainstream media debate for too long. These courageous families show us that it is time to Think Again"

If you have questions about Vaccines here is your opportunity to get those questioned answered from a non-biased source.
