Nowhere in Scripture does the word of God tell or teach anyone to ordain or call one another Apostles or Prophets.Where do these self-proclaimed apostles get their authority? From other men! Not God or the Lord Jesus Christ.Why would anyone want to be an Apostle? Listen to what Paul says in 1st Corinthians 4:13 we the Apostles are the offscouring of all things unto this day.
