Excursus - Applying Paul's Principles of Headship

In the present context, Paul addressed the matter of male-female roles in the Church in terms of governing principles rather than instruction directed at specific questions. But this doesn't mean he was unconcerned with specifics; he did speak to the practicalities of female participation in the assembly of the saints, and this excursus considers some of those practical issues and the way they're answered by the general principles Paul established.
