A Yearning to Escape?

Jeremiah cared for the souls of his people and yet he never saw a convert. Like Paul, Jeremiah needed respite. We look at the longing to escape from conflict, suffering and disappointment. We are encouraged to hold on and persevere until we hear the "Well done, good and faithful servant."
