Why would you rather skip this passage? In fact, I have a Commentary at home where the entire chapter 9 of Romans has been left out, as if it was something distasteful.
But it is in the Word of God; so we are not allowed to skip it, even if we are uncomfortable with it. Only those who still are in their carnal mind will intentionally skip these verses. What are the verses that are so distasteful to the carnal mind?
