The Last Shall Be As The First
Series Luke
The Last Shall Be As The First
The last, who come seeking, leaving, following and working the fields I assign, for the wage I pay, will be treated the same or like the first.
Three different times Jesus brings these truths to life. Each time with a different context. So the context, each time the idea of the last and first is brought to light, helps us understand who and what He means:
1 They that Seek to enter, now.
2 They that Leave it all, now, and follows after the Lord, now.
3 They that Work and Serve the fields assigned, for the wages agreed upon, now.

Promise (God's Commitment)
Path (God Way)
Purpose (God's Assignment)
Matthew 19:30
"But many who are first will be last, and the last first."
They that Leaves it all now and Follows after the Lord NOW
Matthew 20:16
So the last will be first, and the first will be last."
They that Works and Serves the fields assigned for the wage agreed upon NOW
Mark 10:31
But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first."
They that Leaves it all, NOW and Follows after the Lord, NOW
Luke 13:30
And indeed, some who are last will be first, and some who are first will be last."
They that Seek to enter, NOW
Many will seek to enter WHEN they run out of other options at the end but didn't recognize He was God's ONLY option in…
