The Glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ
2 Corinthians 4:6

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,”
has shone in our hearts
to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God
in the face of Jesus Christ.

Introduction
I.The Gracious Giving of the Knowledge of His Glory

…the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth (Jn. 1:14)

II.The Grandest Giving of the Knowledge of His Glory

•He is sufficient, because since Jesus is actually God in the flesh, this means that to know Him is to know God.
•He is necessary, because we need His flesh to be able to know His glory. Thus, His flesh reveals His glory; it really doesn’t veil it.
