Dividing the Spoils

How is Jacob a type of Christ in working out all that is required to satisfy law and justice to take to himself a bride, and establish an inheritance with them? How is Laban a type of works religion and the legalism that surrounds and pursues any who are the LORD'S by grace? How does Laban typify the pharisaical religion that opposed our LORD Jesus Christ and pursued Him to the cross?
