Isaiah described the Messiah as a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. When we consider this passage we see the beauty of Jesus. Like no other man, Jesus understood sorrow and grief. This sorrow and grief was the result of man's sins. He willingly endured this sorrow for our sakes. Oh come let us adore Him!
