Christ's Glory, From Advent to Advent

The Grace of God has tremendous effects: It teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires. It teaches us to live soberly, righteously, and godly, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. And it teaches us to be zealous for good works. We strive to be what we never can be in this life, but one day will be, in glory.
