God's Excellent Gifts

Many today are seeking the Spiritual gifts given only to those who God called to build the Church, Apostles, Healers , Miracles, Tongues, and Interpreters of Tongues. Paul in his attempt to correct the erroneous Church at Corinth charged the Saints to covet more excellent gifts such as a personal relationship with Christ, Love, The Holy Spirit, Peace, Discernment, Commitment, Paul knew that error, sin, and persecution could only be combated with the power of God’s word. We like the Saints in Paul’s day must also covet the more excellent gifts.
