Luke is the only gospel account that is not silent concerning the details surrounding our Lord's birth.
Yet, it is in Luke's details that we discover that Jesus could not possibly be born on December 25th; that more than likely, this would have been the time of year when Gabriel visited Mary in Nazareth.
