The Son Who Was Given

Isaiah the prophet of God was given revelation concerning Christ's first and second coming. That revelation gave enough for the people of God to know that God had a plan that He would accomplish through the promised Messiah. Details concerning His character, position, and activity were given by means of descriptive names He was to be identified by. These included His deity, His incarnation, His rule and reign, His care for His people and the peace He would bring to the world.
