Triumph of the Gospel

This sermon emphasizes how vital it has been historically and continues to be for the people of God to vigilantly defend the Person and work of Jesus Christ. This comes out clearly in the epistles as well as in the early ecumenical councils. Then when the gospel truth was pretty much lost, the Lord through His servants again brought this to the forefront in the Reformation. The sermon also points out how exalting and defending the truth about Christ's Person and work impacts every area of life.
