The Coming of the Lord — For Who and Why
Grace won't let your graceless past dictate your present — because the God you trust won't let your past determine your future.
Here's the thing... if your past is currently manipulating and misdirecting your present, it's because YOU're allowing it. Why? What you're currently trusting and living for is graceless and YOU're letting it govern you and not Jesus and His sufficient grace.
Think about it? What you're up to right now, and let's add the plans you have for tomorrow, are they overflowing with Jesus and the agenda of His life transforming grace or would it be a hard stretch to find Jesus in any of it?
Now I'm going to leave it in your lap, along with this word.
"But thanks be to God, WHO gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, BE steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, KNOWING that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:57-58)
