Sin, Judgment, and Redemption

In Isaiah 59:1–21, we observe 2 responses to the reality of
sin.
I. The reality of sin requires you to respond.
A. Recognize that God can save, but sin
separates you from God (vs. 1–2).
B. Recognize that you are a sinner (vs. 3–8).
C. Respond to your sin with mourning
(vs. 9–15b).

II. The reality of sin requires God to respond.
A. With judgment for the unrepentant
(vs. 15c–16b, 17–19).
B. With redemption for the repentant
(vs. 16c–d, 20–21).
