The Wise Men and Their Gifts

The gifts of the wise men were carefully chosen to reveal their faith in the identity of Jesus Christ as the God of the tabernacle and temple. It is amazing that these gifts and heart reverence for Jesus were characteristic of gentiles who lived so far away! What an encouragement to believe Jesus is who the Bible declares Him to be!
