The church is stronger, better, and more pleasing to God when pastors, ministry leaders, and church members adopt a 1 Cor 12 mentality to ministry. In Titus 1:4, we see evidences of Paul's dependency upon God and God's people in the work of the ministry that God entrusted to him.
