Infinite Grace

There's the bottom line. You must develop the spiritual nature which comes with knowing Christ. As we draw nearer to Jesus the sinful nature must die. As the spiritual nature increases the sinful nature will decrease. This is a very practical way that the infilling of God's Spirit changes and empowers our lives.
How are we empowered to live holy lives? Through the infilling of the Holy Spirit. You don’t receive the Spirit by attaining the fruit, you attain the fruit by receiving the Spirit.
