Faithful!

In our society, we value dependability. We demand that the products which we buy will work not just the first day, but weeks and months to come. We look for dependable friends and employees. We look for those we can count on to be there when needed. But there is only ONE who is absolutely dependable, who we can count on 100% of the time. And that person is GOD. Our God is a dependability God-- Faithful-- fully committed to us. His faithfulness does not depend upon ours, but rather grounded in who He is. He remains faithful even when we are not for He cannot deny himself. We can count on God to do three things: Follow through on what He has promised; Furnish whatever we need in time of crisis; and Finish whatever he has started.
