A Conscience Before The Light

Most people don't enjoy their consciences but it really is the one thing about them that secures their humanity. What raises the human creature above all other creatures in spiritual and moral stature is his conscience. Recall I said that we treat Christ as they treat their conscience… and so when He comes to them as the house He built… He finds no home, no family, no peaceful place within them to live and reign as master.
