What we miss when we are unthankful

Paul was telling us here how things will be in the last days. One of those things is how truly unthankful people will become. This world cultivates discontentment in our souls, driving us to want the next best thing or to long for what we had in the past. when we are ungrateful we miss out on the miracle of God's provision. Ingratitude is, of course, nothing new, Israelites practiced such vile behavior toward God almost from the moment they left Egypt.
