God Will Send a King

Psalm 89 longs for the king God promised to send. Psalm 90, written centuries before, seems to answer by reminding us that God is our king. No surprise, then, that when God did fulfill His promise, the king He sent was His own divine Son, who is Jesus, son of Mary, son of David.
