Jesus said, "Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Mt 11:28). As Jesus is our rest; as we find rest in our souls in Him and in Him alone, let's also use the word "Rest" as an acronym to look at this aspect of prayer: "And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us" (Lk 11:4).
