Job, Friend of the Poor

The centrality of remembering the poor in the practice of true religion is illustrated in the life of Job. Relevant portions of the Book of Job are considered and lessons for caring for the poor are identified. Perhaps the most important lesson is that Job's views of God moved him to be a friend to the poor.
