Forgiven to Be Forgiving

44

God in the flesh has come to Deliver men from their sin and their death and their deserved destiny. Jesus tells the people in verse 43,that He must go "preach the good news of the Kingdom." Then He goes to the Sea of Galallee and low and behold what a coincidence, He just happens to meet of all people Simon Peter.
Simon Peter knows there is something about this Jesus, so he honors Jesus' command in verse 4-5, but not without complaint. That is when Simon Peter had an encounter with a Man who controlled the fish. This moment Peter trembled in fear and terror ant the truth that he was naked and exposed in front of the all seeing eye's of The Lord. Peter was face to face with Deity, Divinity, and his Deliverer. Peter fell prostrate confessing his sin and he received Divine Forgiveness.‎Peter the arrogant and proud, has become Peter the humble and true. Now indwelled with the Holy Spirit, he says "Gird up the loins of your minds, be sober. Grab hold of this. You claim Christ, but what is your proof? Galatians 5:22–26.
Beloved, we can look into every nook and cranny here and find cause to hate and clammor and seeth in bitter resentment. We can air dirty laundry in emails, blogs, Facebook and Twitter. Or, we can choose the path of love, and mercy and grace which we were called unto. If your brother offends you, go to them and tell them face to face.
