Glorious Proclamations

In Luke 2:8-14 we are shown two proclamations concerning the birth of Jesus Christ. Proclamation #1: A Savior is born! The recipients of the proclamation are the shepherds; the proclaimer is the angel of the Lord. This proclamation includes a command, a reason for the command, and a sign for the shepherds. Proclamation #2: Glory to God! The proclaimers are a multitude of angels. The proclamation is "Glory to God", and "peace to His people".
