What's in a Name Anyway?

Today's text comes from a dark time in the history of Israel and Judah. The prophet Isaiah has been sent to call the people back to God. After warning of the trials to come for Israel and Judah in Chapters 1-8 of the book of Isaiah, the prophet turns to a message of hope in Chapter 9.

In today's message, Don continues with a short series of messages designed to pull us back from the worldly, “pragmatic” view of Christ's birth. Don seeks to reacquaint us with the biblical, doctrinal, real Immanuel.
