WORKS in the NT are the outward expressions of Character:

The Character of GOD is known by words (John 10:37+38)
The Character of SATAN is manifest by works (John 8:41+44)
The Character of FALSE PREACHERS are exhibited by works ( 2 Corinthians 11:15)
The Character of WICKED CAIN was shown by works (1 John 3:12)
The Character of SCRIBES & PHARISEES was observed by works (Matthew 23:3)
The Character of THE CHRISTIAN is proved by works
The Character of THE UNGODLY is known by works

FLESH refers to the old man, the fleshly nature of fallen humanity

The List of Evil Works:
1.) Sensual Sins
2.) Theological Sins
3.) Social Sins
4.) Personal Sins

1.) IMMORALITY
2.) IDOLATRY
3.) RIVALRY
4.) INEBRIETY

IMMORALITY:

2.) An EXAMINATION it Necessitates
3.) The OPPOSITION it Demands
