Promises? Promises! - Message 2 - Home for the Holidays - Hebrews 11:8-16. God promises Abraham an inheritance, a city, heirs, and a heavenly homeland. Abraham and Sarah believe, obey ed, went, dwelt, waited, received strength, bore fruit, judged God faithful, confessed, desired, and died in faith - but they did not see the full fulfillment of the promises. Now we, Abraham's children by faith, look for that city whose builder and maker is God.
