Dr. Jim Phillips reads Dr. Carl E Farrar's thesis on, What is a Dispensation? Dr. Farrar taught advanced Theology at CMBI for 29 years. This was a thesis that Dr. Farrar had written and given to Dr. Phillips. Dr. Farrar sums up his Thesis in; the essence of Dispensationalism is the distinction between Israel & the Church. This grows out of the Dispensationalist's consistent employment or plain interpretation, & it reflects as understanding of the basic purpose of God in all His dealings with mankind as that of the glorifying Himself through salvation & other purposes as well.
