The Law Condemns Us

The Law of God serves several functions in Scripture, but the foremost function is to drive men to Christ. It does this by making demands upon us that we, in our flesh, are unable to keep. The demands personal, perfect, and perpetual obedience all the days of our lives. Since we are sinners, we cannot abide by all what the law says. Cursed is the person who does not abide by all that is written in the Law. In this capacity, the Law is a tutor to lead us to Christ.
