Corrosive Elements in America's Foundations
467
The study of history can be hampered either by peering through rose-colored glasses or by a total distain for the past and the good that is there.
Through the lens of a biblical worldview, Kevin Swanson analyzes the writings of John Adams and Thomas Jefferson in a review of McCullough's work on Adams. In what was to become one of the most unique opportunities in the history of the world, Christian men (with four generations of heritage in solid reformation teaching), were able to put a nation together! Great Fun! The blessings of this great experiment are clearly undeniable. But nobody's perfect, and Kevin Swanson points out the seeds planted that eventually destroyed the nation.
