What is Reformed Theology/Calvinism 4: Unconditional Election & Meaning of "foreknow"

What does it mean when the Bible says God "foreknows" people? What is God's foreknowledge? How does He know the future? If God knows the future infallibly then are all things ultimately determined? Who decides the future- God or man? What is covenantal love? Does God love all people the same way? Does God have different categories of love? Is God's act of foreknowing an intellectual act or act of covenantal love? Are all people foreknown? What does it mean when Jesus tells some He "never knew" them? Are God's people chosen because He knows their future faith or good deeds?
