Heaven! - Part 2

Last week we learned that if we die before Jesus returns we will experience heaven in two parts. When we die our souls will immediately be with the Lord (part 1). When Christ returns our souls will be reunited with our bodies and dwell in the new heavens and the new earth.

Many of us wonder what heaven will be like. While there are some things about heaven which we cannot yet know or comprehend (Deut. 29:29), the Bible tell us much of what our life will be like in the new heavens and the new earth. God willing, we also will learn about how our knowledge of our future destiny should affect our present lives.
