Jesus Spoke His Word of Triumph

Jesus suffered at the hands of wicked sinners. Yet, He wasn't defeated.
Luke recorded Jesus' word of triumph: "Father, into Thy hands I commend My
spirit". John stated, "He bowed His head". Both statements reveal the
Lord in sovereign control of His own death. Receiving Him, the Father
proved the Lord's redeeming work was fully triumphant.
