Thesis: What does the Bible say about heaven and what will it be like?

1. Many earthly kingdom and empires have come and gone but the Kingdom of God, Heaven will never end.
   a. Heaven and earth will pass away
   b. There will be a new Heaven and earth. Revelation 21:1
2. There will be no sea, no separation from Christ.
3. Heaven is going to come to earth.
4. Our heart should be in heaven, where we store up treasures. Matthew 7:13-15
5. Are people in heaven now? Jesus said "today you will be in paradise: to the thief. Luke 29:39-44
6. The third Heaven is where God, the angels and the saints are. 2 Corinthians 12:1-10
7. The New Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven is from God. Revelation 21:1-8
   a. The Dwelling place of God is with man.
   b. The former things have passed away.
   c. No more pain or tears verse 4
8. No Temple-God's presence is everywhere. 2 Chronicles 2:6-7
   a. No sun or moon because God's presence will light everything.

CONCLUSION: God‘s Word says everything that we need to know about Heaven.
