Your Kingdom Come: 3 words, awesome in power

With this phrase so utterly cliche' in the minds of so many who think they actually understand it... it is impossible to put in this little box, what is truly here, as Danny Bond unpacks this phrase in a life altering way. Bishop Ryle understood what is here:
"It does cost something to be a realChristian, according to the standard of the Bible. There are enemies to be overcome, battles to be fought, sacrifices to be made: an Egypt to be forsaken a wilderness to be passed through, a cross to be carried, a race to be run. Conversion is not putting a man in an arm chair and taking him easily to Heaven. It is the beginning of a mighty conflict in which it costs much to win the victory!" So we pray, "Your Kingdom Come."

Frances Havergal has beautifully written in one of her hymns this verse to Jesus Christ
Oh, the joy to see Thee reigning,
Thee my own beloved Lord.
Every tongue Thy name confessing,
Worship, glory, honor, blessing,
Brought to Thee with one accord.
Thee, my Master and my Friend,
Vindicated and enthroned,
Unto earth’s remotest end,
Glorified, adored, and owned.

In the name of Christ listen to this message and find out how much of this pray you do not understand. And then in understanding may there come to you, "the bent knee, the broken heart and the weeping eyes."
