There were many other accounts of things done.
Eyewitnesses were interviewed.
This will be a written orderly account.

Luke's purpose:
...that you may have certainty concerning the things you have been taught.

A. THE PRESENCE OF CHRIST CHANGES EVERYTHING

1. The coming of Jesus Christ changes Mary and Elizabeth

B. THE PRESENCE OF CHRIST DEMANDS A PERSONAL RESPONSE

 1.  Embrace Christ
      My spirit rejoices in God MY Savior.
      He has done great things for ME.

 2.  Embrace Christ with your whole being
      My SOUL magnifies the Lord.
      and my SPIRIT rejoices in God my Savior.

 3.  Embrace all that God is for you in Christ

      a.  God's power:  He who is mighty  [49a]

      b.  God's holiness:  Holy is His Name  [49b]

      c.  God's mercy:  And His mercy is for those who fear Him  [50]

C. THE PRESENCE OF CHRIST IS FOR ALL WHO NEED HELP
