The Blessing of a Wedding

We may divide verses 1-10 into two main sections: 1) A look back on Babylon's judgment (vv. 1-5) and 2) a look forward to the Marriage of the Lamb (vv. 6-10).
It is a great blessing to attend this wedding. We either receive this invitation or reject it. Those who reject it are cast out where they shall weep, wail, and gnash upon their teach forevermore.
