Ye Are not in the Flesh

These verses teach us that they that are after the flesh do mind the thing of the flesh - and that carnal mindedness is death. The carnal mind is enmity against God and cannot be subject to the law of God. If we have the Spirit of God in us, then we are not in the flesh. If we live after the flesh, we shall die, but if we, through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, we shall live.
