A Ruler Comes to Christ

As a rule, and generally speaking, Rulers of the Synagogues hated our Lord Jesus Christ. But this is the story of one who came to Jesus and made a special request of him. His response to the Ruler's request is said to be that he (Jesus) 'arose and followed him (the Ruler). It is the only record in scripture of our Lord ever following another man. In all other similar circumstances the scripture describes others as following Christ. Why would our Lord follow this Ruler? You'll have to listen to see.
