He Takes Away the Sin

The message of the whole Bible is loaded into our text (John 1:29-34). These verses record one of the most dramatic moments in the history of redemption. It announces the only way to be free of the guilt of sin. It declares the global need for Jesus as the Lamb of God, for a sinful world. My whole objective in this message is to help us look very intently at one aspect of Jesus as, “the lamb of God.” There are literally hundreds of ways to look at Him, but today, I want to have a tightly focused look at Jesus as the “Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.”
