Life Unto God

Chapters 6 and 7 of Romans show us that while sin does remain in the believer it does no longer reign. Last time we looked at these teachings in terms of being dead to sin. This time we are looking them in terms of being alive to God. Paul shows us 3 main things about this subject in Romans 6.

1. The overall subject is sanctification

2. The objective securing of our sanctification

3. There are other scriptures that are in agreement

4. The ongoing summons of our sanctification

Those who profess to be alive unto God must realize that they are free to live unto God. We must then use our "instruments" to serve God.
