The Primary Business of the Church

Contrary to the opinion of many, the primary focus and work of the Church of Christ is not social, financial or political reform which are all about man's relationship to man. In the context of the slavery of his day, Peter neither condemns slavery nor condones it. His focus is on the slaves attitude and behavior towards his master as it appears in the sight of God.
