Christians are to be those who need to be paying close attention to the passing of time in relation to the things that they do, and they are not to let it get away from them so that their life has been a waste. You and I may have wasted much time before this, and there is now nothing that we can do about that except to confess it as sin and make a sincere and thoughtful resolution to do better by God's grace.
