Abraham and Isaac: Redemption by Blood-Sacrifice

As Isaac knew God’s requirement for blood and righteousness, Christ knew no remission could or would be granted without the blood of a sinless and innocent sacrifice. Isaac was the type; Christ fulfilled the type. Isaac could save no one; Christ saved all whom the Father chose and gave to Him, the Son.
